I’m a working mother trying to juggle domesticity and a job, and hopefully succeeding most of the time. I love to bake and try out new recipes, hate cleaning but love the look of a clean home, and am rather obsessive about where things go and keeping them tidy.  I adore my husband and my daughter, watch too much TV, and read voraciously.

This blog doesn’t have a central theme other than “my life”.  I’ll do my best not to bore you with reports of what I had for lunch (unless it’s really stellar), but I’ll never claim to be the next Dooce, entertaining the masses with my wit.  You’ll see recipes, decorating ideas, stories about my family and more.  I used to blog regularly at my LiveJournal, but intend to use this location as my new “home”.  Come and visit, won’t you?
